'Eén van de prachtigste hotels op Kos. Ideaal voor koppels die willen genieten van de rust en elkaar. Service en eten, gewoon top! Prachtig zandstrand (op wandelafstand). Het personeel legt je enorm in de watten, receptiepersoneel helpt je met het boeken van auto’s en scooters. Alles wordt tot aan het hotel gebracht en kan ook daar ingeleverd worden. 'We hebben bij 5 sterren hotel (MITSIS Selection) toch een andere beleving. Alles was op zich goed, maar niet uitstekend. Het hotel heeft een mooi strand met genoeg ligbedden en parasols en een strandbar. Ondanks laat in het seizoen konden we nog zwemmen. De kamer was goed, alleen in de badkamer liepen veel kleine mieren. Boven ons was een appartement met een jacuzzi. Die ging ‘s nachts aan om te reinigen. Gaf geluidsoverlast, zorg dus dat je geen appartement onder een appartement met jacuzzi...

'Super mooi hotel, kamer zeer goed. Super lekker ontbijt een mix tussen een buffet & à la carte. Fitness was zeer goed. Je kan kiezen om aan het zwembad te liggen of op hun prive strand (3min wandelen). Op het strand had je ook altijd een personeelslid aanwezig als je iets wou drinken. Enige verbeterpunt in de kamer is dat de badkamer raam geen verduisterende gordijn had waardoor je s’morgens al vroeg wakker was door het licht dat binnenkomt. We zouden zeker terug dit hotel kiezen, zeer fijne...

'Mitsis hotels bestaat uit een zeer groot complex/terrein van 4 hotels, varierend in luxe. Het Family beach hotel is ca. het 3e hotel van de keten. Als je van grootschalig houdt is dit helemaal prima en ondanks dat hebben de medewerkers al heel snel door wie je bent en wat je voorkeuren zijn. Hun vriendelijkheid is ongekend, praktisch zonder uitzondering hartelijk, dienstbaar en Vrolijk. Echt gericht om het je naar de zin te maken. 'We stayed for one night, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. However, we were disappointed with the sea view from our room. The balcony wall was too high and made of concrete, obstructing the view significantly. The sea view was also partial and quite distant, which did not meet our expectations. The front desk staff tried to assist us by offering another room, but unfortunately, the view was still not as we had hoped. Despite this, all the staff were very friendly and made our stay...

'The overall stay was quite decent. Hotel is very nice and cosy. Staff was super helpful and cheerful, we loved the mini disco and pool activities. Only downside is the facility itself. It is a bit old and the room was small for 3 people. And the greek restaurant doesn't really reflect the authentic greek cusinies. Also the beach has loads of stones and you really need to swim a bit further to reach thr sand on your feet. It wouldnt recommend you to walk on the beach bare foot.'

'I loved the swimmingpool, I could enjoy it a few minutes. Unfurtunatly it sloses at 18h. I do not understand that such a big hotol is not able to find enough staff in order to keep the pool open until at least 20h. It could even be longer as the swimmingpool is located on the roof and does not disturb other rooms.'

'The overall stay was very good and we had a good time. Our cabin was not really up to date and the photos submitted a different feeling. It was okay but pretty simple and useful. We could not use the closet because it was only stuff for hanging things. We really liked how the whole area was designed and that they planted vegetables all around. '

'There is no one in the hotel to greet you and when checking out. Two days in a row there was no hot water in morning to shower!!'

'Erg jammer dat de appartementen niet onderhouden worden. Kastjes hangen los stopcontacten zitten los. Meubilair balkon is kapot. Bedden zijn erg hard. Afvoeren stinken. Schoonmaak is prima, personeel erg vriendelijk. '
