'First, we got a room with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it and had to call many times and wait in total for almost 1 hour until someone arrive with a new fan. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. Why didn't they just offered us a new room from the beginning instead of making the guest waiting??? The new room is the same type on the upper floor. The bathroom has black moldy sealant on the bottom corners...

'No value for money. Floor made of outdoor rough tiles with wide deep tile joints which are uncomfortable for bare feet. Rooms do not have a nice view. Rooms are not sound proof. 'Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken.
