'Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! '

'Chose the location for being nearby Broadway. New facility but seems to be still under construction. (ceiling in our room 1026 was still unfinished). Decor felt cold and not cozy. Convenient bar and food service. Parking was different for us. We chose to self park but the desk clerk said we had to give the valet our key? Parking also was supposed to be $42.50 per day for self park but our co-traveler was charged over $200. Rooms were smaller than expected. Narrow? Floor to ceiling windows...

'It’s a good place. Highlights: convenient to downtown and LYFT rides. Good bar. One problem that recurs: I ask for late checkout, which is granted, but housekeeping still disturbs me by knocking on my door well before even normal checkout. '

'It was great. As an older baby boomer I would recommend a bench or stool in the bathrooms to sit down. You have no lids on the toilets so there is nowhere to sit down to dry or dress. Your trash cans in the rooms are very small. '
