Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. So...they gave us the third room for our second night...(yes, we had to move our luggage three times). Again...it has potencial...just bad management. We are world travelers and this was the first time we experienced something like this.

Our stay was delightful, definitely we would come back again. The hotel is amazing, is clean, the breakfast has a lot of options, and if you are travelling early they will prepare your breakfast for take away. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing to the mountains. Is a hotel perfect for couples, families, solo travelers. Is close to many places of interest like restaurants , the city center, coffee shops, shops, and the cable car. Easy to find from the train station. Looking forward to come again ☺️

This is beautiful and worth getting a view of the mountains. Well maintained, lovely and relaxing. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was beautiful. They are very helpful, and offered to store luggage all day while I walked around the town. They helped me find some places to go and were very kind. I would highly recommend, and accommodates both luxury and hiking travelers.

Perfect!
I was very happy with my room, amenities, bar, breakfast and swimming pool. Spritz included a plate with Wasabi peas, crackers and olives, a nice touch. Enjoyed Bolzano and when I return will check here first for accommodations.

The hotel is in a fabulous area in the old town. So close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our time in the area. Our room was very clean and spacious and we had a great view towards the hills. We had a car and were glad that we were able to pre-book parking - this made a big difference to us. Very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay here again.
