Staff were very welcoming. It was really pleasant and a lovely place. Rooms were nice but their bed had a drawer that would not fully close so I hurt my leg a few times.

Elevator was down on checkout which meant a lot of heavy bags and gear needed to be carried by hand. It was difficult to load and unload our vehicle as there was congestion at the front of the hotel.

We love this property! The pools, hot tubs, whole units with full kitchen, bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, living room and balcony with bbq.... We like it so much that before we have left this time, we booked next Christmas vacation here...1 year in advance... My comments here are only a personal suggestions to the management for improvements.... 1. It would help if you send a contractor/maintenance service to go over everything in the units ,like...sinks, kitchen cabinets, microwave, etc....as the condition of some is not great... 2. King size beds should have king size pillows( wife's suggestion) 3. kitchen supplies are quite poor...ex. only a bread knife to cut fruits and veggies. Very small soup bowls, plates... 4. Games/activity room for kids would be a great addition besides the pools when it's super cold or rainy... Highly recommend this resort, as we will be back soon!!!

The hotel was very good... great location with a nice room. Everything in the room functioned as it should. The restaurant had excellent food (supper and breakfast) and great service. 2 improvement opportunities which we see as value added: 1. While generally pretty clean, our room could have used a little more attention to detail... our carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed and the bathroom floor didn't appear to have been swept (numerous small pieces of garbage and dust/lint balls that we picked up). 2. It just seems like high definition television channels should be available when you stay at a nice hotel. We didn't get that here.

Room was very dusty, there were renovations being done so things were out of sorts, the restaurant was only offering a limited menu the whole time we were there which was rough for me. Because a lot of the dishes contain mushrooms which I am severely all allergic 2. All I wanted was a salad and was told I could not have one. Also for a pet friendly resort, it would have been nice to have a fenced in area where we could have taken the dog out to play.

This is a really nice property, but not well looked after. the elevator was not working for 2 days, not acceptable when we a moving ski equipment food ect. The lighting is so poor in the rooms, so dark.Our checkin was at 4:00 PM, the front desk said that they would call uas when the room was ready, by 6:30 we still had not heard. Front desk neglected to call us. A 4:00 pm checkin is already super late, with kids in tow it does not make it a pleasant experience when everyone is hungry. Copper Point you need to do better!!

The view around the place is amazing!!! It’s nice and close to surrounding area. What I didn’t like was that one of the rooms that I booked it wasn’t cleaned. It had food particles in the fridge and on the counters. Also we had to ask for three coffee makers before we actually had a good one. That the restaurant on site isn’t included in the prize is a bummer. It’s fairly expensive a night and not have that included because it’s a resort I don’t like that. Besides that we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming again.
