The hotel room was amazing and so were the staff! My husband and I left some important items on accident in the room safe and as soon as we realized it and contacted them they confirmed they had them and got them mailed out to us within a day! I would recommend this hotel to anyone not for the reason of them helping us but just because the customer service was amazing

I wasn’t excited to find no valet parking and the parking garage is on the complete other side of the casino registration desk. So if you didn’t stop on the street in front of the casino to drop all luggage off, you have to carry it all the way through the casino.

It's a good stay if you want something Downtown. The resort fees that are still in Vegas are a bit ridiculous since you don't get room service or bottled water. It's not just the Plaza, but all of Vegas. If you are going to charge the fee, I better get something out of the deal. That is my only complaint.

We go to the Plaza every year to celebrate my Wifes Birthday. We feel like it is our home away from home. The slots are fair on payouts and there's room on tables. Walking distance to Fremont with lots to see and do.

It was close to the start of Fremont and the south tower was quiet. The room was clean but really could use an update. Room was huge but barhroom was so small. Didnt care for the smokers in the casino but all casinos were the same in Vegas.
