While the front receptionists were helpful, the buffet staff were unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was subpar, with dirty plates left on tables for extended periods. Additionally, there was a lack of urgency in refilling food trays, even when the buffet line was long. When asked when the food trays will be refilled, one of the staff said “it’s being cooked” meaning the restaurant was not prepared. You cannot prevent the long line but you can at least prepare the food in anticipation for the amount of people that will come and eat.

Construction going on during the day, called to have it stop as we were trying to sleep. Had to call again and nothing. I had to see the manager and cause a scene for them to get it to stop. Asked for a van to transport to airport, they never confirmed multiple times then tried to get my to rent two cars at a higher price to transport. Waterpark is filthy and falling apart. Breakfast was disgusting at best. Will never stay here again.

Staff are very professional and that's we like the most. Please updgrade the internet system. No changes since 2014 when I first booked with h2o hotel until the recent booking we had in December 31, 2024. Food choices are limited. Elevator needs maintenance.

One of the affordable but better places to stay. Food options very limited since the theme park closes at 6 & so do the restaurants. Also can get very noisy being attached to the park and crowded trying to get in. Pool needs major renovation and doesn’t really have a place to relax or lounge chairs. Odd setup. Some rooms are a little run down whereas others are more updated. Big downside was the bayside view window rooms. Our windows were dirty and scratched & it was like that at most of the view points in the hotel, making it really unpleasant and not able to see out. Staff was very nice and helpful.
