Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We got a terrible room, very old and nothing worked there, no heating,nor plug working, flasher broken, tv on the wall sticking out,where easy you can hit your head , view awful, very noisy outside as they were refurbishing rooms. Everything was closed temporarily,bar,restaurants,jaccuzzi didn’t work for three days we were there. Next day we were meant to change the room, no one called to ask us if we ok,let us know if and which room we should go to. We were calling reception to keep asking and chasing re the room change. As came just for 3 nights, we wanted to go out, but no one bothered to speed up the process, kept getting answers they are looking if any room available. We wasted half day waiting for the update. Terrible service, terrible hotel. We asked for some more water, they answered only first day we get complimentary water. Never apologised for inconvenience re the room we got , at least give us some water ,no joke. Would not recommend the hotel, definitely not 4,5* hotel. Big let down wa the accommodation unfortunately, luckily Malta is beautiful,so we still managed to enjoy our short break.
