The only good thing about this property is the location and the lobby, when you get there you feel that you are in a nice hotel but as soon as you get to the room it gets worse. Our room was really nasty, the bathroom had floating issues.

The hotel fell short of expectations based on the pictures, with decor and furnishings that felt cheap and overly basic. While it wasn’t the worst experience, it lacked the quality we were hoping for. We ended up staying just one night before choosing to stay elsewhere.

I loved the location because we were right around the corner from.Times Square. We arrived early but since our room was ready they let us check in early. Upon arrival i had to pay a $135 resort fee. For what? Resort where? Absolute rip off. The hotel is dark. I had to request washcloths, soap and toilet paper and these are the basics. After the first night I wanted to go home.

This property is a really good location but it is a below average experience. The rooms are outdated and the facilities are not up to standards. The bathroom sink only had cold water and the elevators had issues during our entire stay. I was also surprised with a $45 resort fee per day but there’s no amenities. I would recommended staying in a different hotel in the area for a more comfortable stay.

This is a horrible hotel . I will never stay there again or recommend this place. I ended up paying for fees that I was not aware of. The rooms are old and dirty the toilets don’t work .

For the most part our stay was amazing!!! Overall nice rooms and great convenience, but the only problem was we made our booking months in advance and when we got to the hotel the room wasn’t clean yet so they had us stay in a different room for the night. They gave us a refund for one night facilities fee but that’s it. Good hotel but I would call ahead to checking in by a few hours.
