The hotel itself was very nice and their pool area was spectacular. Their parking lot was difficult to navigate, and staff was very slow. Otherwise, a great location that’s very close to dining areas.

I waited 45 minutes to check in. There was no acknowledgment. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no headboard and the room had no basics you would expect from a hotel. We would never stay at this hotel again. We stayed less than 12 hours.

We liked the Wilson restaurant happy hour! We loved the spa and the pool area. We loved our room and how spacious for 3 people. We didn't like that the other amenties for the wellness center were so far away. It was cold rainy weather during our stay so we didn't go. Overall, we had a good experience.

This is the second time we have stayed and we will absolutely be back! Rooms are clean, prices are fare, amenities are great, hot showers with wonderful water pressure, area is safe and clean with convenient stores and restaurants near by. The staff at this location are genuine, helpful, professional and friendly. So happy we found this place!

I did not like anything, the front-end lady was not courtesy at all did not even ask how my stay was at check out! I would not recommend this hotel. I booked with breakfast included and they said it was not! charge me more money for resort fees which did not get any extra service for that. horrible experience

We stayed at the Melia Orlando from January 8th-January 14th. We had the most amazing experience at the property. The check-in was easy and all staff were so kind and pleasant. We opted for "speciality packages" as it was a birthday celebration. We had a wonderful King suite room with welcome Champagne. Our room overlooked the pool which was very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The Wilson was fantastic for breakfast each morning. We loved the happy hour. We will definitely come back to this resort. Thank you to all the staff who made it a fantastic experience.

This was truly a great stay, wonderful staff and great layout of the property made it easy to walk around. The pool area is nice and well accompanied with fun things to do. There was even mini golf and a hot tub! Pet/ESA Friendly: my service dog had a better vacation than we did! Dinner menu just for dogs, plenty of space to walk him and even an illuminated dog park!
