They said that we had an Ecno Room, and that's what it was. A bed and a shower. There was no Closets, and no Burrows. We had to put our cloths on the floor, and then there was not enough room to move around the room. To be honest, this was not the room for us.

There was nothing we liked about this stay. We were there from out of state for a basketball tournament. We never once saw any staff . Never given any Wi-Fi information. Space we thought we were getting was advertised to have enough space to accommodate and a kitchenette. We had to purchase air mattress and room didn’t even have a microwave. Bathroom shower was super sketchy. We never found the hot tubs that were advertised and the pool had actual worms in the bottom. Horribly disappointed and will NEVER go back and will definitely let our area that travels there with multiple teams to not go there.

Needs a deep clean
Very dirty. Layer of grime across all the blinds and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Mould on the panels on the ceiling and extremely noisy area.

The rooms are messy, tiny, and not always in the best shape. I do not plan to stay there again. The beds are uncomfortable. The windows don’t always work. You can’t cover the windows.

The place is not safe. After a short time at the place, (we arrived in the evening), we found that a knife had been stuck in one of our tires. Our room smelled of marijuana, there were dirty sheets outside our room door sitting area and an ash tray with a cigarette butt. Some of the inhabitants seemed sketchy and watched us, the motel desk person was unfriendly and unprofessional, there are no lights outside at night...we felt the place was dangerous. We left the room and had to find another hotel late at night and had to have our tire replaced the next day. Booking MG ruined our vacation. I tried to contact them many times, no one will respond. AVOID!

Close to beach
The room I was given (room 4) was pretty dated. The bathroom was especially out of date. There's a lot of noise here from the busy road outside. I got a really good price, so I didn't complain. The bed was comfy, and the mini fridge worked well. The pool was nice and seemed to be well maintained. The beach is about a 3/4 mile walk, so you can walk to the beach from here to avoid paying for parking. Overall, I was happy with this stay for what I paid (less than $100 a night). If the price was higher, I probably would've went somewhere else.

Shower was not short friendly, toilet took 3 or more flushed to go down, stains on carpet, bed was very stiff and noisy, had to ask for towels every night, the last night was told they were not going to make a special trip to give towels, there was no filter in the window ac unit and it had an inch of dust on it (I have bad allergies), window was broken and could not close or lock it , screen door would not stay closed and would flop in the breeze, bricks to porch were not secure and tripped a few times, dresser was missing the bottom to the drawer, refrigerator was hard to open due to it rubbing on the carpet every time you opened it. The pictures posted on Travelocity were very misleading and I wanted to leave the next day but my husband said no . Please take this as constructive criticism. Best Wishes, The Schrom’s

While it is clear that some thought was put into the decor of the rooms, the room we stayed in was very small with no curtains on the windows in either the bathroom or bedroom leaving us feeling like we had little privacy. The shower also ran lukewarm. While it met our basic needs for the night, it was a pricey room for the experience

The room what was expected for the price we paid. Checking in created a big mess. The address on the directions brings you to the office which covers more than one hotel. Since the office closed early and we arrived at 730 in the pouring rain we could not see the names on the hotels and went to the one the gps took us to. That started lots of confusion. Along with problems with are credit card information being misplaced, and not to mention when we left we were accused of not returning the keys. Which they later admitted they found. They need to f get their act together.
