Vivienne was most helpful and jolly, great pool and great location, we had a wonderful stay. Be prepared for the tight parking but with care you can manage. Overall a quality place to stop.

Beautiful view and lovely pool. Rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortable. Great little kitchen fully stocked with all needed for basic food prep. Nice host as well. Finding this place and driving up the steep driveway is challenging to say the least. This was the only gripe I have. Otherwise, fine little place to stay right near St. Maxime. I would stay again.

What a beautiful oasis in the middle of a bustling town. We were initially confused about where to go to check in after navigating up the steep and narrow driveway, but those moments of frustration were quickly washed away once we saw our room. Two of us stayed in a studio-style apartment that wasn't huge but certainly spacious enough. The kitchen was small but stocked with the basics and the bathroom felt luxuriously large compared to most French hotel bathrooms. The view of the Meditteranean couldn't be beat and the infinity pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing in the heat. Such a lovely place to call home for a couple of nights!

The property has lovely views. When we arrived, the door to our unit was open--come to find out, there was a reason for this. The room was modest; not quite as pictured. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, which was annoying because we'd bought wine to cool off. As soon as we closed the door to keep the mosquitoes out, we noticed a strange smell. It got warm in the room, so we turned on the AC, which made an absolutely hideous smell. It smelled as though there was a terrible mold infestation--truly awful. I really can't understate how bad the smell was. Also, the shower was weird, the water sprayed everywhere, (including the floor), except on the person showering.

Hidden gem!
This place is beautiful! Hidden away in gated private grounds, it is quiet with a lovely view of St Maxime bay, you can hear the waves and you feel well and truly like you are in a Mediterranean palace. It only has 4 rooms so you dont really bump in to anyone else so it feels like your own. Vivienne the owner is a wonderful character, no English but we got by ok. I will be returning, she was great, the place was great, the view was great and this area is great!!! Loved it!

This is a fantastic location. The property is inside a gated community on the hillside facing the sea. The views are simply breathtaking! This is not exactly a hotel, more like a B&B, except for the breakfast. The owner/manager is lovely, and although she doesn't speak much English,

Great accommodation with fab views!
Very comfortable studio apartment with great views and lovely pool area. Nice easy 10 minute walk along the seafront into the centre of Saint Maxime. Limited parking for 3 cars only and we were unable to park in the drive for 3 if our 9 nights. We did manage to park ok in the road outside though so not really a problem. Just a few things that would have been useful: a washing up brush and washing up liquid in the kitchenette, plus a cleaning cloth. Some milk and tea bags on arrival Hand soap in the shower room. We’re not complaining but these touches are always appreciated for convenience. Thank you for a very pleasant stay at a lovely location.

Live the life of a high roller in St Tropez bay!
Extremely warm and helpful welcome, complimented by a glass of rose. Outstanding cliffside villa with heated outdoor infinity pool and stunning views over St Tropez bay from the grounds, pool, balcony and apartments. Studio apartment itself was stylish, spotless and high quality. Great meal in L'hermitage in Sainte-Maxime. Best hotel we stayed in during our circuit around France, in which we stayed in 16 different hotels. Definitely a wow factor and one of the highlights of our trip. Only hotel where we really wanted to stay longer if our trip schedule would have allowed us the time.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location.
Amazing place with a lovely landscape and breathtaking views of St Maxine and St Tropez. Located in one of the best locations on the French Riviera. Quite yet close to everything including best sand beaches. The villa itself and the gardens are lovely. Staff very friendly and the owner is always there to make sure all is well. Rooms can be slightly uplifted though

Quiet compact upscale apartment type accomodation
This is a quiet property built around a pool and surrounded by gardens, road is gated, property is gated, three parking spaces on road , three in a garage on the property, the garage access is fairly steep. Walk to town is pretty easy, St Maxime has an almost year around boat service to St Tropez, and presents quality small town services for a great price. The property is close to the road but well above it, so traffic noise is not an issue.

Great scenery, relaxed magical atmosphere
Very nice place with outstanding sea view with plenty green scenery. Rooms are well decorated and very modern. It has everything you need with plenty of storage and space. There is infinity pool outside with table chairs and private terrace. If I will be in south of France I will return here again. We had a very peaceful stay and great time. Price is not expensive for what this place has to offer. I would like to thank owners for there hospitality and help.
