Very nice hotel with a great view of the Naples Bay and Mount Vesuvius. Large comfortable room with patio. Patio had table chairs, small couch. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Buffet breakfast. Short walk to central Sorrento with shops and restaurants.

A hotel with a view and close to town centre
From the moment we arrived exhausted in the first evening to the moment we left, every member of staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was well positioned for the town centre while being quiet and peaceful at the same time with gorgeous gardens to sit and relax in or take a dip in the pool. A true paradise hotel and one I’d be happy returning to time and time again.

This is a beautiful hotel!! The VIEWS!!! Much history around it. Excellently maintained. The staff is pleasant. Francesca at the bar area is a wonderful person. She is amazing. She gave us a few recommendations. The breakfast is very nice, many options & attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel!

The first thing to say about the Tramontano is that it has excellent, friendly staff who are so courteous, kind and helpful. We last stayed at the hotel eighteen years ago in room 101 which was large and had a wonderful view of the volcano and bay. This time it was a much smaller room 107 but with a similar view. There were only two, minor irritations: no tea/coffee making facilities and thin walls! That said, the stay was terrific and we would be pleased to stay there again in the future.

The staff and service were great. However, the pretty is dated and our floor had a leak in the ceiling and not what I would expect for the price I paid. Location is ideal relative to the town, on a waterfront cliff and property is manicured lovely.

This hotel was all that we hoped it would be. The grounds were lovely. The hotel itself was very nice with a large balcony overlooking the ocean making it a great place for morning coffee or a drink in the evening. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view which was incredible to wake up to each morning. We even watched fireworks from our balcony one night! The only drawback was a very small bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located close to the square and we felt very safe walking at night. The elevator going down to the marina is right next door which was very nice when taking tour boats to other locations. The staff was very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We were in a suite that was right below the dining room used for breakfast. The noise started just after 6 am. They did move us to another room. Wooden floors above us were noisy. They should carpet that floor.

**Perfect Location and Exceptional Service** We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. It was centrally located, just steps away from shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We easily did day trips to other nearby towns, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by arranging a fantastic and affordable tour of the Amalfi Coast for us, which was a highlight of our trip. The restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming, even remembering us each day, which made our stay feel special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
