Is a great spot to relax after your arrival flight, 4 min from Airport with shuttle service very convenient. The restaurant was great and pool area refreshing. Room we bare, adequate, and basic. No fridge and room safe did not work, having said that we did feel safe at this hotel.

I've been staying at this property for over 15 years the first time I stayed at it it was not in good shape I don't know if they had new owners but they really upgraded it a great deal and the last 5 years I see that it's going back down it's not what it used to be I just spent the night there and to be honest I was not very happy I stayed there all the time it's very convenient to the airport normally they have a outside bar and restaurant it was closed for what reason I don't know normally when I book the room and I get there if they're not busy they'll give me an upgrade to the outside balcony the guy told me that they had no rooms available on the outside which was not true Hi later found out

Typical rundown hotel in Panama. Only stayed here for the free shuttle for a 8:00 a.m. international flight. Asked for a wake up call at check in. Woman did not write it down so asked her "did you get my wake up call?" She said "yes what room number again?" Gave her my room number for a 3rd time. Went to use game room, came back to let them know that I was done in the game room. Cristel...the lazy don't give a rat's behind employee.. was still there so I confirmed that she had my wake up call. Gave her my room number again. Also confirmed at front desk that shuttle ran every hour starting at 4:00. My plan was to take the 5:00 shuttle for international flight. Was told to be in the lobby at 4:45. I RANDOMLY woke up at 4:45! NO WAKE UP CALL! Quickly threw my belongings into my luggage, put shoes on and ran in the dark across the property to the lobby. Didn't brush my teeth or tie my shoes. Once there the young man told me she had written down wrong room number. Not only did I not get a wake up call, he had called some other room at 4:30 AM and woke somebody up that was also pissed! To top it off, the shuttle had already left and it wasn't 5:00. He explained that there were people waiting and they only have 12 seats. I had to wait for the shuttle to come back from the airport. And wasn't I the only one in the shuttle! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Never step foot there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Overpriced and incompetent.

My key card didn’t work at least 3 times not to mention having to contact them multiple times to bring towels. They have terrible customer service care skills. I waited outside for hours for them to bring drinks and food and then called the front office and he was so rude. The shuttle service left within 3 minutes and couldn’t even wait 4 minutes for us. They drove off. The casino is on the other end and it takes them forever to have someone come get you to open the gate. There was so much terrible service. We got there and got the wrong room! We had to walk back and forth 5 times that day and the walk is at least 2-3 minutes to and from. I am so disappointed especially because we paid almost $300 to stay for 2 nights. They messed up our breakfast and of course we still paid. Dinner sucked. Free breakfast sucked. This was the worst hotel i have ever been to and i travel all over the world!
