I would recommend this hotel unequivocally to a solo traveler looking for a place to stay in Ginza. It's a convenient home base for activities in Ginza and, given the unparalleled Tokyo mass transit system, throughout Tokyo. In-room refrigerator, laundry facilities at the hotel, the option to include breakfast with a room reservation, and the ability to reserve a non-smoking room were all great. Price is fair, comparable to what I have paid for domestic US destinations. And the staff were very friendly, very helpful. I was favorably impressed. On the other hand, this might not be the place to find a luxury destination experience, or a lot of space, or perfect English fluency.

This hotel is really suitable for leisure travel. Subway exit is around the corner. JR station is just 8 minutes walk. Shops, restaurants and convenience store are just next to the hotel. I love the walk-in shower room with bath tub together. Water is strong enough to refresh you in the morning. Breakfast can be taken at an Italian restaurant at the 2nd floor. A large variety of food is served and the waiters and waitresses keep on refilling the dishes. Overall the stay experience is great.

The hotel is in a convenient location in Ginza and close to 2 subway lines, the Yurakucho and Ginza lines. The staff were professional and helpful. The room was on the small size but was quiet. Due to its convenience, I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are touring during the day and need a convenient location to use as a base.

In Ginza which is a good up-market area. Close to an underground station and convenience stores. Not easy to find the hotel even with Google maps and there is a lot of walking to get to the hotel. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, but somewhat tired and very small. It would have made sense not to have the easy chair and table in there so there was more room to move around. Not much space if you have two large suitcases. It felt like we were in a game of Tetris.
