Room heating and cooling system is outdated. It is very, very noisy when in use. Night sleep is interrupted so you can not fully rest.

Very friendly staff. Great room cleaning. Shower control was so loose we thought it would fall off. Bathroom door very water damaged. Kitchen cupboards didn't close properly. Generally a good stay. Very expensive but at the Trump Inaguration time.

We loved the convenience of walking distance to shopping, museums, and CVS next door for the essentials. My favorite was dining at Garden Cafe st the hotel. Delicious meals.

We loved our stay. The staff was warm, welcoming and super helpful with accommodating all of our needs. We had a good amount due to lost luggage. Loved that our room had a kitchenette and vanity area. We will stay here again!
