"Despite all the information you have about the location accommodation, I found it very difficult to locate. However when I finally arrived, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was very warm. The only thing I noticed was that there were invoices from probaly a previous occupant in one of the bedroom drawers and some earpods left in the lounge. Maybe their cleaner needs to be more vigilant."

"Good cheap hotel. A bit tired looking in places but clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking, good WiFi, usual tea/coffee/ biscuits which were topped up every day, friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom with a walk in shower which I much prefer to a bath. The only issue for me was there was no desk/table to work at but laptops are called laptops for a reason! Room was cleaned and bed made up for me every day which a lot of hotels don’t do these days."

"I enjoy staying at the Leonardo, however they don’t care for people that do not drink decaf tea. I’ve been staying at the Leonardo for nearly 8 weeks and they’ve never been able to provide me with decaf tea until I made a complaint. They should be catering for all aspects They provide decaf coffee but not decaf tea. I find this quite disappointing considering in other areas they are very good."
