"For sure the best stay in LA, the location is perfect, the hotel is luxurious, the staff are amazing and veryyyy supportive from the front desk ( Sheila) to the bellmen (John, Jordan and the rest), i highly recommend staying in the hotel for your visit to LA"

"The best thing was the balcony overlooking the pool. The carpet had a couple stains. Furniture had been removed, so there wasn't much. No glasses or cups in the room, no paper plates provided with room service. Room service was fast though. Shower was ok - good pressure, but no door so it flooded the whole bathroom. No shower products provided. The $30 per night for parking was a surprise - and pretty excessive if you consider that the lot was about 1/3 full, and no valet service or...
