Arrived to have Mai at check in give us traditional Thai drink. Very nice young women. Room was beautifully cleaned by Phusai. Jay helped us with beach towels, and car hire. Alvin was a great worker who kept the breakfast buffet full of beautiful fruit and made to order omelette. Beauty was our hostess who greeted us with a smile every morning and rembered our name. Really nice staff at this hotel. Right in the middle of everything. I will return another time. Thank- you Hotel Clover!

Love the hotel and all the staff my house maid Nice was the best when I was sick she bring me much water . She was so helpful. Alvin the chef makes the best buffet and dinners grilled . I’m very impressed with hotel and everything about it . I recommend. Only thing I’m a light sleeper and people can get loud since I have jacuzzi room it’s more open not soundproof just the walls in room not the door definitely not . But security will stop any loudness . Great hotel I ended up rebooking as I was not allowed to fly . So that should say much . I do love the hotel and free water wow . Again I wish I knew all name and also Helon but. Again all staff great and sweet and fast .

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, right in the heart of the Patong District! So convenient for walking around and shopping. Felt very safe and thankful to have stayed at this incredible hotel. The gym, breakfast, and rooftop pool/bar were absolutely amazing. 5/5 stars for all the amenities and staff were so incredible. Helen helped me so much! Would recommend if you are staying for the first time in Phuket!

Upon arrival the building was very beautiful. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. We were greeted into a air conditioned room and given soft moist towels to cool off along with courtesy beverages. Our check-in was very quick and we were led to very beautiful room. We took a second to tour the pool and spa area, and it is beautiful on the rooftop. The location ended up being very convenient to all the places we wanted to go by the beach. It is located very close to bangla road, but not so close that you hear all the nightclubs. We were within walking distance, a very great shopping malls, shops. And of course, plenty of street food vendors, bespoke suit tailor's and more. I would definitely visit this place again. It was super convenient, and it was great for the price.

Very good hotel. Staff lacks better English skills so sometimes hard to communicate. Lights in bedroom and bathrooms are not quite they should be (ie hard to shave if you can’t see your face well). Food is excellent. Location is close to beach. Gun is very basic if that.

The staff were excellent, and the location is right where you want to be. The reason I gave it a 4 star is the rooms are really small, it was difficult to find places to put your things so it was really hard to be organized. With that said, we didn’t go there to stay in our rooms and the place was a good value
