"Nice and spacious with free parking. In a residential area, with beach access close by. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Only small issue was on check-in there was no one at the desk, but I found the owner’s apartment under the stairwell and just said hello. "

We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. "I stayed 4 nights and did day trips to Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula. The village of Bale, where Hotel La Grisa is located, is worth exploring too. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The bar and street cafe seating are very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊"

"Great Property, located very close to Rovinj Old City. The host and his wife made us feel at home as soon as we got in and gave us great tips on getting around town and eating. The apartment has all amenities that you would need, including parking for your car, the beds and sofas are very comfortable and you can ask the hosts anything and they are most willing to help. Thanks Branko and Yasna for making our stay in Rovinj and Apartment Bella a memorable one."
