Jojo at the front desk is exceptionally friendly! The Icona shuttle is fantastic and convenient. Driver is so nice. Rooms are gorgeous. Location is superb. Will be back!!

Hotel/room was immaculate. My room did not have an ocean view; it overlooked a residential street which was fine. Very nice kitchenette that I didn't use. My only complaint was an additional "resort fee" upon arrival--the shuttle van service, heated pool, beach chairs and umbrella are seasonal amenities not available in December, so I essentially paid for parking and Internet, which seemed excessive in the off season.
