My check in process didn't go as smoothly with the cold front desk guy, but the situation was quickly resolved. The Asian woman who manages the hotel was such a sweet and hospitable person and made my stay feel more welcoming. "

"Very central hotel for the Christmas markets which were all walkable. Very quiet and so near the cathedral. Superb breakfast and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. "

"Modern design-style hotel with good sized rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the area there's a good selection of restaurants from Greek to traditional German. My only negative was the tiny bathroom in a room designed for 4. I'm not sure who designed this, but they need to have another think. A minor point otherwise as it's a good hotel."

"Not much in the way of furniture.. no bedside tables and only one chair and small table in the room. Don't plan on doing any work in the room. Otherwise very clean, good breakfast easy to get to the tram to goto Dusseldorf and the exhibition centre. Good price as well."

"Fantastic room, very clean and up-to-date. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff could use a little personality, but maybe that was just because it was the holiday season. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great room for a budget stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet despite the main road outside (good double glazing). Close to an underground station, and onlly 10 minutes' walk to Neumarkt - a big shopping area with a Lidl and Aldi. The "no staff" element seems a little odd, but the check-in worked well and there's a large, warm comfortable lounge area downstairs. WiFi is rapid.
