It is well-positioned within easy walking distance of places to visit. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is extremely comfortable and, for once, the pillows were super comfy too!

Lovely comfortable hotel very conveniently located for theatres and local eateries. Quality food and good range for breakfast taken in a lovely lounge area. Would definitely return.

The stay is always great here, staff are particularly lovely. The fan in the bathroom did make noise all night though. You couldn't hear it through the closed door but it seemed to be running even with the light off. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful, unfortunately meals were only limited to morning but the food was good. The neighborhood was cramped and sidewalks not well maintained. One street over had a lot of shops and food establishments. Plan on walking uphill or downhill to get anywhere. Bus or train stations were roughly six blocks away. Most sites of interest were a 30-45 minute walk. I used my phone map app to get around. I use ATT so I have world wide phone service. The people were great anywhere I went. Very helpful.

Breakfast is excellent- continental or full British cooked to order. Our Room was a bit small for three people, partially due to the size of the bed and sofa bed. There is everything in the room for comfortable stay: kettle,(tea/ coffee), glasses and cups, hairdryer, iron and full-size board.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Kind, professional, and accommodating. I had a great check in with Matthew, and had a great stay. Hotel is walking distance of Buchanan Street and Central Station/bus stops.

Very fast but friendly check in. Excellent facilities in the room. Not the cheapest hetel option but you certainly notice a difference compared with the lower priced options. This might not matter if you just want a one night crash, but certainly worth thinking about for longer stays. Very handy location a short walk from Buchanan St and good restaurants very close by.

Friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable room, nice large shower and a fridge. Only one pack of biscuits (there were two of us in the room), and only one tissue in the box in the bathroom, which I used. I contacted reception and they did leave additional biscuits, but we never had the tissues refilled. The shampoo was by the sink and the hand wash was in the shower… we couldn’t swap them out as they are fixed and not accessible for guests to remove. Location was good, breakfast was good, room temperature was good.
