The property is located in the silent place. But the property is far from Karuizawa station and there is not restaurants near the property so if you stay here, you need to eat the dinner near the station. And around this property, the street lights are few so the area is dark and danger to walk around here in the midnight.

Superb stay, innovative customer service.
Hotel size was acceptable. More than enough to fit 3 people. The staff was extremely friendly, a new innovating customer service, easy access to nearby ski resort if you’re driving. Breakfast was provided and the overall stay was perfect.

Great, affordable location but beware of trucks!
Everything was perfect except for one fatal flaw: If you're unlucky and get a room facing the road / highway, you can slightly feel the vibrations from the trucks / semi-trailers driving by at night. They are also very noisy and can be at times. I suggest you specifically ask for rooms facing away from the road for this purpose. Except for this one very important thing, Chisun Inn is a very value-oriented location to stay at. Clean, affordable, great service, and nice. I'm just glad I was a deep sleeper because I would have not gotten any sleep from the trucks passing by.

Clean room and hotel. Good breakfast. There is vending machine, ice/water in the lobby which is great for travelers. Price is great. Only thing is distance to Station is 20 minutes walk. Bus schedule is not frequent. When weather permits, walking to station is nice.

とても清潔でした。 館内に流れているBGMが、スーパーマーケットで流れている様なものだったのと、カラフルな色使いがで安っぽく感じた。朝食は食べたいと思うものがあまり無かった。多分、食器等が陶器じゃないから見た目がそうなる。テレビが有料なのも残念。結局見なかった。交通の便が良くないので車かバイクでないと、バスの本数が少ないのでタクシーしかない。一泊2日でタクシーを7回使用。 スタッフの方々は親切でした。軽井沢らしさ、高級感、ホテルの雰囲気や食事などに特に拘らないなら良いかと思います。

Cheap but clean and functional choice among lodging options in Karuizawa. Work for both road tripper or those who is wiling pay for a taxi. Not so far from town or the outlet with good QPR.

Last minute booking after a trip to the outlet. They only had smoking room left and the whole room smelled of cigarettes... even the pillows... it's been a tough night. But the staff was very nice, checking in and out was easy.
