I did not like that they did not have a pool. What they had was a very small pool the size of a small jacuzzi

They exceeded our expectation. From the front desk workers that the cleaning ladies they were all so nice and kind. They respond to inquiries and questions so well and fast. Everything in the room was clean and neatly put out and the view was unreal. highly recommend!

We initially had a heated pool room with a sea view which was decent, but the pool was not heating. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite and we had a jetted heated pool. The room was kept tidy, the services for breakfast was always on time at the specified breakfast time and good communication maintained to help accomodate our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was ideal. The hotel covers a large range of area and WiFi spanned a good distance coverage. We were also allowed to change our breakfast preference. Overall staff was helpful and welcoming.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful, there were some discrepancies in expectations: 1) while the photos made it look like the view from the room had unobstructed views of the sea, the room was actually right next to a small road where cars were parked 2) the room itself was very clean and smelt nice, but the pool was a bit of a let down because the floor of the pool was quite dirty, and there were lots of bugs floating in it. To be fair, we did not ask for further pool cleaning, and noticed this was a common problem for outdoor pools in santorini. Upon check in (before we saw the bugs), we did say the pool felt cold and the staff immediately offered to turn up the temperature of the water. 3) we had an early pick up on one of the days and hence ordered breakfast at a certain time. However, the food did not arrive at the specified time, and only when we called the staff to ask, were we informed that they actually had no opening for our specified time and had to deliver ~25mins later than expected.

It wasn’t that good for a 4 star hotel , cleanliness is a big issue there We paid so much money thinking it’ll be amazing but disappointed .. prices for this property is not worth
