Although the structure of the building is starting to show it’s age, the facilities within are new enough. A classic ryokan experience on a large scale with friendly staff.

Food and service disappointing
Food was mediocre at beat given the hefty price tag of 300usd for one night. Fish scales were stuck onto the sashimi, the taste bland, and waiter impossible to catch. Check in was similar, with inattentive staff and total lack of security when they offered to take my bag to the counter, they just left it sitting in the middle of the lobby and didn't even bother communicating that to the bell boy.

アクセスも簡単だったし、お部屋も広くて過ごしやすかった。お料理は、食べ切れないほどたくさんあって、満足でした。 ただ、最初に、間違えて予約したのが、喫煙室で、洋室ではExpediaでは喫煙室しか取れなかったのが残念でした。でも、ホテルが事前に消臭してくれて、当日もお部屋に空気清浄機を置いて下さっていたので、それほど気にはならなかったです。

良かった点。 朝食が凄く良かった！刺身から焼き魚、サラダも種類豊富な野菜があり蒸し野菜まで、ほんとに良かった！ 強いて言うならフルーツのパイナップルがすっぱかったので、きちんと熟しているものが良かった。 悪かった点。 駐車場に誘導してくれる、オッチャンの声が小さすぎてわかりずらかた。 あと名前分かりませんが話し方のキツイおばさんがいて、その方だけお客様と話し方がなってないとおもいました。 他のサービスさんは、みんな明るくて凄く良かったです！！
