「Mi aspettavo un un'albergo molto piu spartano invece ho trovato un albergo eccezionale con tutti i servizi. Ascensore dal parcheggio, ristorante ottimo, bagni un po ovunque sparsi per l edificio. Il monolocale era garnde vivibile con ogni comfort e molto pulito. Perisnale gentile e simpatico. Consiglio a tutti e ci ritornerò sicuramente.」

There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.」

「We have really enjoyed staying in Berenice apartment during Christmas Holiday. The apartment is located at a wonderful location with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. It is also very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Berenice is very friendly, helpful and patient to answer all our questions, and offer tips before and during our stay. I highly recommend staying at Berenice place if it is available when visiting Zermatt!」
