「When we arrived we received an upgraded room free of charge which was nice however the new room was dirty and housekeeping was gone for the day so they immediately upgraded us again to the condo suite again at no additional charge, they were wonderful.」

「Kohls ranch is awesome. Love the property and the cabins are super cute. Lots of things to do. Pool and hot tub were nice plus they had other activities on site as well. Staff were super friendly. Dinner at restaurant was delicious too. Would definitely visit again.」

「Great team at the front desk. We enjoyed a couple of dvds and a nice bowl of ice cream at the restaurant. Early day of skiing gave us easy access to the mountain and a filling breakfast to get us started.」

「We stayed at Lake Side View, 3rd Floor. 2 Queen size bed, with a small balcony. Room size is big enough, but the building itself is old, the carpet looks well-used. It looks like an old style motel. No telephone in a room to call front, you have to walk and talk face to face. Location is very good. Lobby space in front of fire place is really cozy. I recommend to book dinner just after you arrive in summer period.」

「The staff was wonderful. Love the family cabin. Someone trying to get in at night… I’m assuming was a bear… was a little alarming . Other than that I had a relaxing , quiet, peaceful stay at Emerald Bay Lodge!!! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for making my vacation great!」
