"Beautiful property with a great pool and convenient access to the beach as well. Only suggestion would be to offer a restaurant where we can order a meal as all four dining options were either buffet or set course menus. All of which way overpriced so we ended up going into the city after Day 2 instead. Otherwise a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Ishigaki!"

Very well run hotel

"The staff is friendly, helpful, well trained, and with good manners. The hotel is very generous to offer free and delicious snacks, hot and soft drinks, and even ice-cream in the lounge area. We felt most welcome and being treated well during our staying. This hotel is a gem."

"This is a monster hotel right in the thick of Osaka station. So for convenience it can't be beat. At first we found the room very small but grew to appreciate how smartly designed it was. The shower was huge and water pressure incredible. Also liked the separate toilet and sink so two people could get ready at the same time. The beds weren't rock hard either which is a rarity in Japan. We had a great view of the city as well and were able to Chromecast easily. This was super appreciated as we could have our same bedtime routine as at home. Only minor complaints were ones not within the hotel's control. With so many guests getting in and out of elevators in a timely manner was sometimes tough. "
