Bom custo e benefício
O local é muito bom, apartamento confortável, muito limpo e organizado. Contudo, o isolamento acústico do quarto é péssimo, você escuta tudo o que ocorre no seu vizinho, infelizmente tive a má sorte de ter um casal com uma criança, que faziam muito barulho a noite. Fora a isso a propriedade é boa, recebi todas as instruções por WhatsApp e a comunicação foi tranquila.

Chegamos à noite e já recebi um WhatsApp falando que tinha que fazer um pix. No dia que vi observei que podia pagar no cartão na hora que eu chegasse, ou seja já saiu do meu planejamento. Tive que pedir para trocarem pelo menos o tapete do banheiro, pois fomos tomar banho e tinha vazamento no banheiro e eles queriam ir arrumar em horário que eu não estaria ali, ou seja não fazem uma revisão entre um aluguel e outro. A porta do banheiro não fechava e a maçaneta frouxa, quase fiquei presa. Não recebi nem um recibo do meu pagamento. Algumas coisas bem desorganizadas das pessoas que trabalham lá. A unica que salvou foi a menina da limpeza que arrumou mais um tapete. A cidade é linda as pessoas bem simpáticas. Eu voltarei com certeza, mas ficarei em outro lugar. O bairro super agradável.

Boa hospedagem a trabalho
A estada foi boa, o apartamento tem camas confortáveis e boa roupa de cama e banho. A estrutura do apartamento é muito boa. O atendimento da recepção é um pouco amador, o estacionamento é pequeno. A área de lazer não é tão boa, academia bastante limitada. No geral o quarto é bom demais e cumpre com todas comodidades apresentadas.

Pagamento de taza de limpeza por fora e cara, além de pagamento so por pix ou deposito. Flat muito pequeno, sem guarda-roupa, sem cabide, sem fogao, sem mesa, sem sofa....pouco util. Preço igual ou maior a alguns hoteis bons com cafe da manha. Dificilmente alugaria novamente. So aluguei porque fiquei sem opcao de ultima hora.

Quase tudo ok. Bem localizado, boa acomodação no geral. Por ser um flat tinha espaço de cozinha (sem fogão), com cafeteira, sanduicheira e microondas. Contudo não disponibilizam água potável, NEM mesmo para comprar. Para mim que fiz uma viagem a trabalho, foi frustrante depender de um serviço de delivery para matar a sede. 👎
