Great hotel. Best location of ALL hotels. Bus stop where most tours pick u up and drop u off is just across the street. And that makes a big difference when it's raining or snowing. Bar at the hotel is great, breakfast is amazing and u will not find a better price anywhere near. Two main tourist streets are 2 blocks away. View of the ocean is like one of a five star hotel. Rooms are a bit small and washroom as well. But hey, its "Europe"

Great location. Very helpful front desk worked with us to setup transportation. Also gave recommendations on things to do in the city, they were pleasant and excellent. The room was consistently tidy each day, and coffee / towels restocked. Fantastic.

Loved this hotel. We had rooms that overlooked the sea which were fabulous. The staff were so kind and helpful. There is a wonderful bar on the 8th floor with great views, and 'Happy Hour's from 8 pm. Close to bus stop and shops and eating places. We had to leave the hotel at 3.45 to catch a shuttle bus to the airport. Coffee and fresh fruit juice was laid out for us. So thoughtful. Highly recommend

The property had everything we wanted for our little adventure. It was close to the bus stop for all our trips. The rooms were warm and cosy and we were lucky to get a lovely view. It had the luxury of a spa and a roof top bar which made it that little bit extra special.

Lovely property. I was disappointed that there sky bar was closed for maintenance. I only booked this hotel for the sky bar view. Wish they would have notified us of the closing. Despite the maintenance the property is really beautiful and centrally located. I would book again.

Overall the stay was fine. When we checked in we were given a key to a specific category of room I booked. We went to the room, opened the door and someone was already in the room. We were moved to a lower category of room for the night but were given no refund of any kind. The next day we moved to the correct room but it was a huge inconvenience. The Sky Bar was nice and the staff up there were great but the front desk staff were not helpful at all. When I asked for some kind of refund for the first night they said, “ well but you had a room to sleep in”. I was very disappointed in the way we were treated.
