"Best vacation ever!! Very relaxing !! No long waits for restaurants or any service !! They had enough staff to help customers with anything needed. It was not too crowded anywhere. Travelled with 5 year olds and the comfort and convenience was amazing . We could really relax and enjoy the vacation. Will definitely come back. One thing guests need to be aware of is the resort will try to sell you their membership and offer you free resort credits. There are limits to what you can use those credits for so ask the questions and make the choice whether it feels worthy for you. "

"Amazing property, beach was amazing. Pool super nice. Walk to xcaret is a must. Bad sides were there is hardly any poolside service or poolside food. Rooms smaller and out of date but still good enough. Favorite resort we’ve been too. "
