"도착하자마자 침대 커버에 얼룩이 있어서 교체를 했고 냉장고에는 작은 날 벌레들이 죽어 있었고 가구 곳곳에 먼지 뿐 아니라 거미와 거미 줄이 있었음. 화장실 바닥 청소를 하지 않아 따로 요청함. 침대에 이가 뛰어 다니는 것을 발견함. 새벽부터 공사 소리 때문에 시끄러웠음. 1층에 한국 식품을 파는 마트가 있고 2층 수영장이 있어 편리하긴 했으나 다시는 가고 싶지 않음."

"Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"

The hotel was often full of smoke, a good portion of the beds were extremely hard. the Traffic noise from outside was disturbing. the Breakfast was restricted and very average.
