Fantastic hotel staff, very welcoming and friendly. The room was in generally great condition the bathroom was a bit basic and mould in the grouting, rooms not overly sound proof. Overall a fantastic hotel for a city break away.

Hotel Kong is a wonderful hotel. The look, location, and warmth of the staff are all stellar. There was a little hiccup with my room this time and Fendo went above and beyond to remedy the problem. The only thing about this hotel that needs improvement is that the water pressure in the showers is extremely weak - other than that I have nothing bad to say about this magnificent property.

This hotel definitely does not qualify as 4 star hotel. It's run down. Staff are rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake and charged me for 2 days parking instead of 1, then when I asked them about it, they were grilling me about why I only parked on their property for one night. Their delay at checkout cost me 30 dollars more in cab fare. When I called to complain, the desk clerk told me not to start with her and after yelling and screaming hung up. Very rude. Do not recommend at all.

The hotel is a gorgeous boutique, and the staff were always on hand to assist with anything you may need, and their recommendations were tailored to our needs. The cozy hour was a real highlight each evening as the whole hotel comes together to enjoy a free drink. The spa was also a welcome addition to the trip.

I loved everything about this hotel! It was even better in person than in the photos (I didn’t think that could be possible!) but the rooms were so luxurious and comfortable and the hotel lounge was such a cozy gathering place. We took full advantage of ‘cozy hour’ and enjoyed a free glass of wine at 5 pm to wind down the day and chat with other travellers. The staff were excellent and so responsive. I will definitely be going back to this hotel again - it’s one of the best small hotels I’ve ever been to and one of the most affordable too!

What a fabulous stay we had at the Hotel Kong Arthur! The property was immaculate and exceeded our expectations, such a lovely cozy scandi vibe which we loved. I had a great time at hotel Kong Arthur. The location was perfect, very convenient, the room was gorgeous and comfortable with a lovely large bathroom, the staff were so kind and helpful and the breakfast was lovely I wish I’d had it more than once although a bit expensive. It is worth nothing spa access is not included in the room as standard unless you book a spa room specifically. However I did use the spa and it was magnificent an excellent treatment experience well worth the price. Also worth noting there is a luggage room with lockable lockers which I wish I had used rather than an early check in. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Copenhagen and I would return !
