The staff was so friendly, the restaurants were delicious, everything was clean and you could easily walk to Kata beach or a good amount of restaurants and shopping around

The only thing I liked was the view of my room, the room itself looks very old for a 4 star hotel for this price. Cleaning is very bad. The location is very good. Service is good and interaction is friendly.

Staff were unhelpful and rude. Door to balcony came completely off its hinges. Breakfast gave me food poisoning and staff didn’t even let me increase the checkout time an hour because of it. The receptionist also accused me of taking a laundry bag and they kept asking me every day “ you check out today”? When they knew I was checking out a few days later. How condescending. I left the hotel and booked one for half the price 500m down the road and it is much better.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We got a room with a very nice beach view and although it was quite a walk to the lobby we didn’t regret. The staff was very nice and helpful. There are plenty of dining options, shops and the beach within a few minutes walking. Very good hotel for the price.

This was our second visit, staff were outstanding and very helpful throughout our stay. Property is very close to beach for morning swims food and accommodation very good. Would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful stay close to the town.

My group of five thoroughly enjoyed our trip here. There are so many options in Phuket--We wanted a place that was walkable to get massages and go to eat seafood around the town, but didn't want to place place that was so buzzing that it felt like a congested tourist town: Easy access to the beach with options for a Seaview from. Very functional gym with air conditioning, lovely breakfast (Unlike other resorts, they somehow managed to keep the birds away from the buffet line!) and most of all helpful staff who are always willing to go above and beyond for the guests. Meen Was especially wonderful person who helped us at Home upon arrival. Will be with my entire family next time.
