Everything about the stay was great and exceeded expectations. Great location. Nice staff. Very clean. Quiet. You can walk everywhere, the village or dinner, but free bus always an option. Breakfast was good. The room was great!

The room had a persistent sewage smell. It was otherwise spacious and clean. The pillows were cheap and the bed was hard as a brick. I would not stay here again. They provide ear plugs because the property backs up to the back of a strip mall. Garbage pickup is early.
Everything was perfect, including the food!
I would suggest maybe limiting the number of cars, for I had to park at handy cap.
Thank you

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I’ve always loved the cinnamon bear and this was my third stay here and it was the worst. I was disappointed because there was no parking on site at night. All the spots were filled and I had to park down the street on a different property parked illegally. No one answered the after hours number when I couldn’t park, the Jacuzzi was also ice cold and not turned on on Saturday Until I had to bother someone to ask them to turn it on. Very disappointed in my stay this time around. I have always raved about this place but this stay left a bad taste in my mouth.
It was a nice and quick stay. I liked how cleaned and spacious the king studio was. The staff were all very friendly and were prompt. Check-in and checking out was a breeze. Parking was right in front of the room so that was convenient for me to unload. I would recommend this place to my friends and would stay here again. I did not try the breakfast or the hot tub. The rooms has a mini “kitchenette” which is nice but there isn’t a table to sit at unless you go to the lobby.
I would say that the property seems to be a bit older so the gas heater and water heater/plumbing system did make a lot of noises. I personally didn’t mind it but I can imagine others might be bothered by that. I stayed during the winter and the heater worked excellently.
The worst stay at mammoth in last 6 yrs of visiting.
This is the luxury suite and there's nothing luxury about it ..
The second room has a ladder to climb and they are expecting old parents to climb. We literally had to stay in sofa for the entire night of coldness.
Coming to amenities these are list
1. Fireplace did not work properly. It literally stopped at 12 midnight, where outside was snowing, we had no sleepfor the entire night.
2. No dish washing soaps or pods, i had to buy from my own
3. No laundry detergent even if the washer is promised.
4.the windows have no curtains, its getting chilled here..
5. I can't pick more..
Our room resembled that found in a budget motel from the 1950s, being small, having an old style tub/shower and sink (with almost no counter space), floor heater, and TV with no reception (reportedly from the high winds). The breakfast, in the very warm lobby/dining area, was good, thus the added star. The staff were very pleasant, but the room was just too spartan for the money.
An adequate inn that is walkable to commercial areas in town. Room 17 is large with great high ceilings and a picture window but it is dated. It has older finishes and some spots in need of repair (kitchen has duct tape on counter edge). On the positive side, the parking was nearby and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Cinnamon Bear Inn is completely overpriced! We stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and nothing has changed since then.
Smelly bathroom; no housekeeping, no fresh towels; breakfast table was not cleaned when a guest left the table; breakfast was served in a very small room, almost no space to serve yourself; not enough parking spaces (we were offered a parking space in a flower bed, we preferred to park on the street). Will never go there again.
