Loved our stay. The only 2 things need improving is restaurant service and breakfast. We had to wait 10 min or more to just get seated, nobody had time to notice us standing at the entrance. Plus we waited 20 min to get served. I could not wait any longer, I just went to the bar and ordered myself. Definitely needs improving. Breakfast food was not very freshly cooked, some things over cooked etc.

The room was spotless when we arrived and had a nice pleasant smell. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, as we didn’t have high expectations. The room is spacious, with queen-sized beds, and we appreciated the small dining table and ample storage. My daughter also enjoyed the heated indoor spa pool. Overall, we’d be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable but needs updating
The rooms are tired and in need of an update. The facilities are good, but you are not close to any dining options and no shuttles are available. I think they may get away with the higher pricing due to the summer rush for weddings etc Staff were friendly and attentive, parking is ample and free. We stayed at the Copthorne Oriental Bay Wellington the nights previous which was 30% cheaper, more spacious, a sea view and with wonderful facility’s so this felt expensive by comparison.
