"Our stay was good! The first night wasn’t too great since we had gotten a room with a dirty hot tub , but the next day when we brought up our concerns they upgraded us for free & that made up for it! I would definitely like to come back when it’s warmer to do more activities! "

"I booked via Expedia. I called resort to ask some question regarding reservation and was told that if you book DIRECTLY with the resort, you can do early check in and use the pool all day but if you book with third party, you have to wait until 4pm to check in and enter waterpark. We already booked multiple activities (thinking we could use the pool ahead of checkin as we always do in Great Wolf Lodge). "Great hotel, clean room and several ammenities for kids. My only compaint is the amount of chlorine used on the water park. I was not able to stay more than an hour due a rash caused. Maybe the combination of the chlorine and the warm temperature created a difficult enviorement for me and my son. I feeled as soon I entered to the park area."
