Really cool and unusual building, room was small but comfortable, location is a 15 walk to the subway but on a small city island with a beach outside. Would stay here again in the summer!

Great for families
Great idea to convert an old prison into a hotel. The rooms are big, the hotel has a great big area for the buffet breakfast, which is delicious. The location is wonderful as well.

Super location and very nice venue. Restaurant excellent although limited menu so we only ate there once. Room was great if sparse. We like a cup of tea first thing and would have liked some facilities in the room

Peaceful location with the city easily accessible.
A very peaceful location. The rooms can be small but are very clean & comfortable. There’s a beach for relaxing & swimming, when the water quality is recommended. Food & drink are very good as was the buffet breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.

It’s all about the experience at this hotel. The concept is very intriguing, warm and the grounds around the hotel are absolutely exquisite. I also love the surrounding neighborhood. We stayed the weekend prior to mid summer and caught a weekend festival filled with yummy food trucks and cool art deco. The rooms are tight (very small). Only issue is the internet. They advertise free internet but it rarely worked. It seems as it’s a known issue as I was there several days and it never worked. The front desk just said they are working on the issue but it never seemed to be fixed. With all that said, I would stay there again but I couldn’t do more than a couple of days.

A+ stay
Very neat hotel. Great service, Katja at service desk took care of me. Also the breakfast is really good. Great views and nearby scenery. Plus metro is 5 minute walk (Hornstull) and you can get anywhere in Stockholm.

A beautiful historic building with a twist, rooms are old cells and although small the hotel and surrounding areas are stunning. Breakfast was really nice and the staff extremely professional and friendly. Location is quiet and safe and a great place to sit outside early morning or evening next to the water. Within easy walking of the city. Would definitely recommend.
