"Stayed for a two night staycation. Flawless check-in process. The wheelchair Iā€™d requested for my Mother was not only ready but one of the staff wheeled her to the lobby when we arrived. "My booking was for 3 nights and while booking I opted for the ā€œsignature suiteā€. On checkin I was given a room which had a living room space and a bedroom - typical of what is expected as a suite. But next day the hotel called and pushed me out to a studio room arguing that my booking was for a studio suite!! Booking description never had anything as studio suite. Toiletries in the room were poor quality and cheap and cleanliness was compromised too"

"I got boarded to room number 112 which was in good condition but drainage system was not working properly for bathroom. It got rectified in 2 hours though. Again after few days i stayed in room no. 204 and everything was okay in this room. My son enjoyed the most out of it. Overall it was good experience but i must say, options for dinner should be increased for both veg and non veg to make the stay memorable. "
