"Rooms exactly as described on the hotel website. Staff very polite and professional. Breakfast is outstanding. The spa was closed when we stayed which Expedia hadn’t made us aware of. The hotel did not communicate this (the website front page didn’t mention it , it was in small print on one page of you clicked on the actual page for the spa). But Ramon was great and compensated us accordingly. In door pool is lovely and the gym is well equipped for a hotel!! Will return. "

"Overall good stay for the price. The only issue was parking: there was plenty in front of the hotel, but suspicious-looking people were there all the time. So we chose to park underground nearby. We paid 70 euros for 5-day pass."

"We had just one overnight in Valencia, and looked specifically for some unit for the family of 3 close to the beach. For our purpose it turned out to be an excellent choice. It is not a luxury apartment, but very clean, easy accessible (1st floor), in the nice neighborhood and in walkable distance to the perfect beaches. We were very satisfied with our choice."

"Very good location, view from the corner appartment (4c) is excellent. Nice restaurant with breakfast(12 euro)/dinner options on a ground floor. Supermarket is just 5 min walk on a same street. Police station across the road makes all safe and out of noisy musik etc. Dirty walls,windows, curtains, sofa needs also a wash. "

Great location, wonderful friendly & quirky hotel

"We have stayed here once before and chose to go again due to its position and that it is quirky not the usual run of the mill. We had a very good room which had a lounge and separate bedroom both which were large and also had a very large balcony with excellent views of the city. We added breakfast to our room rate and it was an excellent move as the choice and quality were very good. Staff are great - friendly and helpful. All in all a great choice and we would stay again and recommend it. One point to consider is that the corridors to the rooms are narrow and the lift is tiny. One thing that would enhance my stay would be a kettle or coffee maker in the room, By the way, wonderful toiletries in the room which we appreciated."
