The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We went in late October so the pool water was too cold to swim in. We happened to learn by chance that we can use the amenities at the Ramada across the street (indoor poor) and wish someone had told us at check in.

1st time in Antalya, the experience was okay. The room sizes were good, children's entertainment was good my daughter loved it. The staff were lovely and always helped. Breakfast and lunch were decent but dinner was not good at all, on my last day I had a few kebabs and I was throwing up all night. Lara needs to change their menu the food is the same every day. The swimming pool water was really cold.

Check-in was painful and uncomfortable. We were hard pushed by receptionist for an upgraded room even we disnt want it. We were literally forced to pay more from our booked reservation. Secondly, food was a lot with many varieties but hardly any food had the authentic taste. Suggestion: keep less food but focus on highest quality. Facilities (water slides) timings were unreasonable for kids. Suggestion: increase hours for kids playing on water slides. Plus, life guards need to enforce safety standards, currently very loose. Check-out was nice and easy. Suggestion: hotel should offer valet service as i had to go all the way back off-site to park my car and walk back.
