My wife and I stayed at this hotel early December as part of a break to visit the Christmas Markets - exemplary customer service at all times, thoughtful and supportive staff, lovely/well equipped room, very clean and comfortable. Lovely location with only a short walk to the centre (trams and buses stop outside the hotel if you do not wish to walk the short distance). After many years of business travel and many stays around the world, the service at this hotel was nothing less than exceptional.
