What an absolute delightful experience at Steigenberger. Location is central, and tram line is right at the doorstep. The hotel gives you a luxurious feel, the interiors are stunning and the place is spacious. The breakfast hall is huge and the food was excellent. The staff were absolutely friendly and supportive, 5 stars to the staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience 🤗

We had a great stay for 3 nights just before Christmas. The staff, location, condition of the rooms and breakfast were excellent. We were disappointed after booking that we could not use the swimming pool with our children as it was adult only and an extra cost. This could be made clearer in the advert via Expedia

The room was nice, but they gave me and the person ahead of me in the check-in line the wrong room, which was frustrating for both of us. I booked a superior room which two queen sized beds, but they initially gave us a room with just one bed. However, once I went back down they fixed it quickly which was appreciated.
