"A fabulous location close to the park entry which was fabulous to be able to leave the car in the car park and walk 100m to buy tickets and head down to the boat. It is a very large hotel and is easy yo locate and drive into off the main road. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a little noisy when other patrons used their shower/baths. In room 214A the plumbing was quite noisy. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the cooked food was tasty. It was nice to complete the walk and be in a warm, comfortable room within 100m. "

"We spend two nights at a room for a couple. The breakfast was excellent, the staff attentive and polite, the room was clean and well maintained. Plitvice national park is a short walk away so we could enjoy the nature without having to start the car during our stay. We are looking forward to our next visit when we need a break in the nature."

"The Staff was fantastic. They were so helpful with tips about visiting the park - which was beautiful- and we had great service in the dining area. The food was delicious- especially the dinners. We ate there both nights of our stay - it was so convenient. Just make sure you have cash for the meals at checkout. They don’t accept credit cards. "

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the food was delicious. My recommendation is to update the rooms and facilities to match the quality of service your employees give. They aren’t bad just old. Lots of dusk and cob webs. But great location for park! "

"I was a little worried because of the cash payment requirement, but the property was pristine. The room was immaculate….and I am very particular. I would just recommend to bring your own hairdryer if styling is important to you. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was first rate as was breakfast. I do not think it was expensive at all, with the multitude of home baked breads, cakes, and cookies. And the fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, omelettes, and crispy bacon. Loved it! We had dinner at Lika Kuca (at entrance 1 of park). Fabulous food! Especially liked the Lika soup and the boneless chicken in apple juice. "

"Really didn’t expect this place to be as nice as it was. We stayed for 2 nights and were in the Veronica build which had recently been renovated. The quality was excellent, with a large modern bathroom, high quality windows, and beautiful hardwood doors. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We did not check out any other activities so can’t comment on that. The dinner area was like a crowded pub by mountain inn and the food was good quality with lots of local fare including two types of rakiya. The only sad spot was the office which is a hodge lodge of pamphlets and items for sale but only the receptionist spends time there. Importantly it is a 5 minute walk to the very quiet and under used Entrance 3 to Plitvice Park. Absolutely can’t go wrong!!"
