The property is in a great location. Tge reception staff was excellent. I was less impressed with breakfast staff. I did not purchase the buffet breakfast. There is no coffee provided in the room. Therefore, in the morning, I had to go to the bar. The staff was a bit perturbed that I wanted coffee for the room. Also charged 2.75 E for a coffee. Most hotels provide complimentary coffee.

We have been customers of the hotel for the past 20 years. Excellent hotel at a good price. They recently changed all the front desk staff, not as friendly and helpful as the previous ones. Hotel is undergoing improvements and the restaurant is temporarily in the lobby, which is a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is good, with ample selection.

Solid city center hotel. Very close to Gran Via and nicely centered between palace and prado/park. Good services including room service, bellhops and a nice restaurant. Under construction as of 1/5/25 so it’ll be even nicer once done. Only complaint was about noise in the streets on both Friday and Saturday (very) late nights. The hotel is across from two bars where things get crazy.

The property, first of all has a perfect location. How can a hotel be in the middle of everything but mantain the silence and peace needed within its doors? Hotel Liabeny is close to the most important areas in Madrid. Its staff is friendly and their service is at an all star level. Breakfast in the morning was, for us, what we needed. Various options and enough to get ready to walk and enjoy the city. As I said, the hotel is less than 15-20 minutes, walking, from the most important places. There is no need to use public transportation although it works as well. The room was borderline perfect. Only thing I would consider is tv content which is very limited. But, in terms of the rest? Outstanding selection. As soon as we checked out, a taxi was waiting for us outside. The check-in process? A breeze! Will definitely return there in the future!
