Lovely hotel, very welcoming atmosphere with clean, modern rooms and fabulous shower. The hotel is about 300yards or less from the Metro so very easy to get to after a busy day of exploring the city.

I reached to expedia to reduce the number of days for my trip, which has unfortunately not been resolved despite assurances from both Expedia and the hotel. Here’s a summary of what has transpired: Initial Promise: I was informed by Expedia four days prior to my arrival that the adjustment could be made and a credit would be issued. Current Status: Upon arrival, I was told the hotel is waiting on Expedia, and Expedia is waiting on the hotel. Now, I am being informed that no credit will be issued. This miscommunication and lack of resolution are disappointing, especially after being promised otherwise. as of today, no credit has been issued and I have been informed the case is closed due to the hotel.

The stay was perfectly satisfactory, however, it was marked down for several reasons: 1. The hallways were very dated and a little worn 2. The room and bathroom were satisfactory, however, the TV was a very small broadcast-only 21-inch mounted on the wall. There were no cable/movie channel choices (Netflix etc.) even for a payment. 3. The room service menu was limited as was the food and menu in the bar.

Location location …. Did I say Location! The République station runs right under the hotel- this along with the central Paris location means nothing is too far away- minutes to Galleries Lafayette- minutes to Montmarte/ Eiffel Tower/ the Lourve and Notre Dame- This hotel also has a beautiful facade - rooms are well appointment and comfortable- Best Place to stay in Paris!

The hotel is very central, the metro is 4-5 steps away, the rooms are very comfortable, the cleanliness is super, the breakfast is very nice, there are many options, we were very comfortable with our twin girls, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they always showed great interest in my girls, we especially loved Joice from the hotel guest relations and restaurants, I send lots of love and greetings from here.

The staff was very eager to help. Especially Ms Naida. My wife felt down and she helped us to get a doctor and help us with some translation too. The heating system is not very efficient. The room facing the square are little noisy because the insulation is not very good. It’s a very old hotel . Bathroom facilities are new and very clean

Upgraded room was roomy and looked over Place de la Republique. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Very convenient location for public transportation and taxis/uber which made it easy to get around Paris. Rooms had coffee maker. Breakfast had great selections. All hotel staff were wonderful. They seemed to really like working there, worked as an efficient team and were happy. Would definitely stay here again.

Really great hotel in a good area convenient for Marais and metro opposite the front door. Breakfast busy but great. Rooms a bit basic but don’t need much when on a city break. Great value for money and staff were top notch

This hotel is across the street from the metro station. Very easy to get in and out. There is a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around this area. I didn't get to enjoy the amenities because I was too busy exploring Paris.
