While room was good but the reception guy asked us to take the 4 bags luggage by ourselves without offering any help. When asked for help, he pointed us to use the luggage trolley. Additionally, there was no water in the room. This is the least we expect from a hotel backed by Raddisson.

The first room "upgrade" they gave us was in an upgraded wing that turns off power after on hour of no movement. So that meant my c-pap was turning off every hour and I got maybe 4 hours of sleep. After letting them know at the front desk they gave us upgrade. For some this could be a killer. Telling people about this weird way of going green would make more sense.

Nice place to stay. Clean and the staff was nice. Only drawbacks were 1) that they are cashless, which made it tricky to get change so that I could leave tips for staff, and 2) everything is disposable and wrapped in plastic.

It was very nice, I would definitely stay again. King suite was great, room to move around. Nicely decorated room. Bed was very comfortable, maybe the best one on our trip. Large roomy breakfast area in the morning with lots of choices. Close proximity to the Airport. Pool was out of order but we were notified in advance. We were not planning on using it anyway.

The hotel seems ptetty new. The rooms were nice and clean. Couldn't understand why there was no fan in the bathroom, made the room steamy. The curtains didn't darken the room with lots of light coming in. The beds were decent and firm, but my friend complained of the smell of urine in hers. The pol was down for maintenance, but we weren't there for swimming. Overall a decent stay for a decent price very close to SEA.
