The room we stayed in was nothing like what was advertised. We paid extra expecting certain standards, such as a seating area, but were instead crammed into a tiny space where it was difficult to even move around. When we spoke to the manager, we were told that the issue was with Expedia, which apparently displayed only one accurate photo out of 15. Unfortunately, this ruined our New Year's Eve, as we spent very little time in the room and opted to eat out instead. Be cautious when booking with them to avoid a similar experience.

Manager is lovely, and very attentive. I’ve stayed 3 times within a few weeks whilst visiting family. I arrive in the early hours and they are all very accommodating. Breakfast in bed is brilliant

We stayed for one night on 30 November, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas, staff were friendly and professional. We had a standard room (twin) which was a good size for two of us and the bathroom was beautiful and perfectly clean. We had booked the Brasserie for dinner and were put in one of the dining rooms instead, the room was stunning, we were very happy.

Building work spoilt the experience
Visit to hotel spoilt , building work going on and have to go back outside to get back into area where your rooms are (where the builders are) , no Lifts , red carpet strip put down but ends sticking up , accident waiting to happen. Tray left outside someone else’s room for over 4 hours. Can’t leave blinds up as rooms opposite can see straight in. Not worth the amount we paid.
