Excellent hotel, staff are super friendly and customer service is excellent. Rooms are clean and looked after, the only downside is the room size is a little small but only if you have a lot of luggage again its not a deal breaker but if you have big luggage could be a little tight in the room. otherwise is a great hotel to stay at. cleanliness is excellent Walkable to at least 3 train stations lots restaurants and shops around late check-out 12pm midday which is great. overall happy with the stay

If I could I would like to give 6 stars for the staff. They are so nice, patient and really care about their guests. We forgot a bag of Pokémon stuffs in the room and they helped us to ship it back. When the first attempt didn’t work they tried a second time. I really appreciate that.

This was honestly the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. The Remm was clean and quiet and i absolutely loved the breakfast. Staff treated me very well!

Sink is a bit low. If you are a tall person, you will have hard time washing your face. The room is clean but the floor and furniture has a lot of wear and tear. Staffs are nice and very convenient location. Except you can hear train noise except from 12am to 5am.

Nice hotel overall but very noisy. Next to train tracks great for train spotters and convenience but the windows are not good and room are very small. Interaction with staffs is minimum as they make you do your own check in and purposely avoid any kinda of connection/ chat if you ask anything like a lot of time in Japan! Best not to ask question. One tip Being you ear plugs the trains are loud
